Outlook
Express เป็นโปรแกรมในการเซ็ค email โดยทำการ download mail จาก
Mail Server มาไว้ที่ตัวโปรแกรม Outlook Express
เป็นโปรแกรมที่ติดตั้งมาพร้อมระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows การ Set
Outlook Express เพื่อทำการเซ็ค mail
ทำได้ดังนี้
1. เปิดโปรแกรม
Outlook Express คลิกเมนูด้านบนแล้วเลือก
Tools > Accounts...
(Open Outlook Express. On the top
level navigation bar, click Tools and on the drop down menu which
appears, click Accounts.)
จะมีหน้าต่างดังรูปด้านล่าง
ปรากฎขึ้นให้เลือกที่ แทบ Mail ทางด้านบนซ้ายมือให้คลิกที่ปุ่ม Add->Mail
เพื่อทำการ สร้าง user ขึ้นมาใหม่
(You will then see this screen.
On the right hand side, click Add and then Mail. This takes
you to this screen.)
หลังจากคลิกปุ่ม Add->Mail
แล้วจะมี่หน้าต่างตามรูปด้านล่างปรากฏขั้น ให้ทำการใส่ชื่อ user ในช่อง Display
name ชื่อที่ใส่จะปรากฏในช่อง FROM ของผู้ที่รับอีเมล์ของเรา เสร็จแล้วคลิก Next
(Choose a name for your account
as you would like it to appear on emails you send. Then click Next )
หน้าต่างต่อไป จะเป็นการใส่
email address ของเราลงไปในช่อง E-mail
address เสร็จแล้วคลิ๊ก Next
(On this screen, write in your
full email address. Then click Next
to go to the following screen;)
หน้าต่างด้านล่างนี้จะให้ใส่ค่า
POP3 Server (ใช้สำหรับรับอีเมล์) และ SMTP server (ใช้สำหรับส่งอีเมล์)ของเรา
สำหรับลูกค้าของ Cyber Key Network ค่า
POP3 Server และ SMTP server คือmail.yourdomian.com (yourdomain.com คือชื่อ
Domain Name ของคุณ )
(Here, enter the email settings
needed to download your email. These are;
Incoming mail (POP3) - mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing
mail (SMTP) - mail.yourdomain.com
Then click Next )
หน้าต่อไปเป็นการใส่ Email Address
และ Password ของ email ที่ต้องการใช้งานนั้น ๆ เช่น admin@yourdomain.com
(Enter your account name and
password. Remember that your account name is your full email address)
การสร้าง Email Account
ใหม่เป็นอันเสร็จสิ้นให้กด Finish
(Leave the checkbox Log on using
Secure Password Authentication clear, and then click Next. Then click
Finish to end the set up process.)
เมื่อทำการ set account
เสร็จแล้วจะต้อง set SMTP Authentication โดยคลิดที่ เมนู Tools ตามรูป
(You must also set the SMTP
Authentication by click Tools on the top level navigation bar and on
the drop down menu which appears, click Accounts.)
เลือกที่หัวข้อ Accouts
จะปรากฏหน้าต่าง หน้าตามดังรูปด้านล่าง
(You should then see this
screen:)
ทำการกดที่ปุ่ม Properties
จะปรากกหน้าต่าง ดังรูปด้านล่าง ให้เลือกที่ แทบ Server แล้วทำการติดถูกที่ My
server requires authentication ในหัวข้อ Outgoing Mail Server แล้วทำการกดปุม
OK
(Now click the Servers
tab. You should see below screen; tick open on My
server requires authentication under title of Outgoing Mail Server,
and click Apply and then OK)
ทดสอบการเซ็ค mail ให้ทำการกดปุ่ม
Send/Recv ตามรูปด้านล่าง
(Now try to send and receive.)
